Shipping Instructions

We’ve got you covered! Your return shipping from Mountain Craft is on us. Here's how to safely remove and pack your suspension for shipping:

Step 1: Remove Your Suspension from the Bike

Need professional help? You can always visit your local bike shop for assistance with disassembly. They'll make sure your suspension is removed correctly. We can work directly with them to handle the rest here!

Step 2: Pack Your Suspension Safely

  1. Clean your components: Make sure your fork or shock is lightly cleaned to prevent dirt from getting into the package.
  2. Wrap each piece: Use bubble wrap or foam to securely wrap your suspension components to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Secure in a sturdy box: Use a strong, well-sized box with additional packing materials like peanuts or crumpled paper to prevent movement.
  4. Include your service confirmation: Print or write your service confirmation number and include it in the box.

Step 3: Ship

Use one of the following shipping services to estimate your costs and shipping:

UPS

FedEx

USPS

Each service provides convenient drop-off options and insurance. If you need assistance with packing or mailing, your local store can help.

Step 4: Ship to Mountain Craft

Ship your suspension to the address provided in your service confirmation email, and clearly write your order number on the outside of the box and we’ll take it from there. Once we receive your components, our expert team will start the service. After completion, we’ll cover return shipping to get your suspension back to you.
