Mail-In or Local Service

Mail-In Service: After checkout, you'll receive instructions to send in your suspension. We'll cover the return shipping free via UPS.

Drop Off/ Pickup: We offer in drop-off and pickup at the workshop in Hatboro PA. Select this field at checkout and we'll get in touch to set up an appointment at your convenience.

Mobile Service: Most services can be done with our van's mobile set up. $40 flat rate covers service within 20 miles. If you're further out, we add $1.50 per extra mile with a maximum of 100 mile from our workshop in Hatboro PA, due on location.

Step 1: Remove Your Suspension from the Bike

Need professional help? You can always visit your local bike shop for assistance with disassembly. They'll make sure your suspension is removed correctly. We can work directly with them to handle the rest here!

Step 2: Pack Your Suspension Safely

1. Clean your components: Make sure your fork or shock is lightly cleaned to prevent dirt from getting into the package.
2. Wrap each piece: Use bubble wrap or foam to securely wrap your suspension components to avoid damage during transit.
3. Secure in a sturdy box: Use a strong, well-sized box with additional packing materials like peanuts or crumpled paper to prevent movement.
4. Include your service confirmation: Print or write your service confirmation number and include it in the box.

After receiving your estimated service date and confirmation within 1-2 days of order, ship your suspension to:

Write your order number on the outside of the box. Once we receive your components we'll get to work. After completion, we’ll cover return shipping to get your suspension back to you.
