We stand behind our service.

1. 90-Day Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee all labor performed on your suspension for a period of 90 days from the date of service. To qualify for this guarantee suspension components must pass inspection and testing during our service. If any issue arises due to our workmanship, we will resolve it and cover the labor cost.

2. Parts and Labor within 90-days of full service

Should your suspension fail within 90 days of full service at Mountain Craft, due to an original worn part or manufacturing defect, we will assist you with the warranty claim if your suspension is within factory warranty period. If your suspension is outside of original manufacture warranty, you are responsible for the cost of the part but we'll cover the labor.

3. Exclusions

Our Guarantee Policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • Wear and tear on seals, bushings, and other consumables.
  • Oil or air leaks due to worn shock bodies/ fork stanchions/ bushings
  • Suspensions serviced or altered by a third party after we perform our service.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

5. Free Consultation

If you experience any issues, we offer free consultation and diagnostics to determine if the problem is covered by our guarantee. If the issue is unrelated to our workmanship or covered parts, we will provide you with repair options and associated costs.
