Fork and Shock Basic Service:

every 50 hours of riding

After 50 hour hours of riding, your fork and shock are ready for service. Normal riding and exposure to the elements eventually wears out suspension seals. This creates excess friction, as abrasive dirt migrates into the component. Oil becomes contaminated and ineffective, and sometimes you'll see excess fluid dripping or leaking from your fork or shock's dust wiper seals. Our 50 hour service opens your fork/ shock to clear away debris, replace grease and oil, and replace the seals that take the brunt of the abuse. This service restores sensitive and supple action for your suspension to glide with minimal friction.

• Reduces friction in fork chassis or shock

• Restores sensitive and supple ride quality

• Clears away debris and contamination

• Replaces air can seals, dust wipers, crush washers

• New grease and oil

• Prevents wear to anodized stanchions, air cans, bushings

You need this service if:

• 50+ hours riding time

• Weeping oil onto stanchions/ shock body

Full Fork and Shock Service:

every 100-200 hours of riding, depending on conditions/ use

The dampers and air springs in mountain bike suspension are constantly working to mitigate the forces from demanding terrain. Friction and heat cycles in the shock and fork break down seals and oils. Heat capacity, lubricity, and other properties of the oil degrade from normal use. In dampers, oil, air, or gas moves across a failing seal, leading to cavitation (air bubbles) in your damper. Damping decreases from this air/ oil mixture. In air springs, we see air chamber leaks or damage, or dust wipers popping out from air migrating into the lower legs. Eventually the advancing wear of  O-rings, seals, and oil leads to damaging parts in the suspension. This requires repair beyond normal service.

Full service of your shock or fork disassembles the chassis, springs, and valving assemblies. It replaces dynamic seals, static seals, glide-rings, dust wipers, oils and grease. If you're at 200 hours of riding or experiencing issues with your suspension then this service is necessary. Your suspension will feel brand new again after this service.

• Complete rebuild of component

• Replaces air can seals, dust wipers, crush washers

• Replaces damper seals, air spring seals, control knob seals

• New grease and damper oil

• Nitrogen gas charge for all shocks

• Restores factory and brand new ride quality

You need this service if:

• 100-200 hours of riding without full service, depending on use and conditions. (ie regular dh/ bike park riding requires more frequent service)

• Something feels wrong

• Soft or no lockout/ compression, rebound

• Squishing or knocking noises

Customization, Upgrades, Repair:

Suspension works best when it is tuned for your specific weight, bike, and needs. We can help you personalize the performance of shocks and fork with volume tuning, shim and piston kits, and part upgrade installations.

Upgrades we support

• Fork/ shock travel changes

• Coil spring conversions

• Negative air chamber expansion kits

• High flow piston kits

• Shim revalving with tune from manufacturer or third party

Is your fork or shock leaking air, oil, or lacking function/ adjustability? We'll diagnose and provide a solution for repair or replacement. Damage from a crash? We can help with that too!
